PAYMENT TERMS

• Via invoice with a payment term of up to 14 days
• Via direct debit within 10 days with a 3% discount

The delivered goods remain the property of Tipico-eigenArt-J.Trenker until full payment is received.

The jurisdiction for both parties is Augsburg, Bavaria.
The German Civil Code (BGB) and our terms and conditions apply.

Conclusion of Contract

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the button (buy/commit to order). You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email after submitting your order.

Shipping Information

We ship our goods with the following carriers and charge flat-rate shipping fees:

• DHL Standard Shipping (Germany): €8.00
• UPS Shipping within Europe: €18.00
• UPS International Shipping (Worldwide): €25.00

Shipping costs are calculated per order, regardless of the order value.

"Orders outside the EU are shown without VAT. Please note that additional fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply in the destination country."

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 4 days without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (insert your name, address, and, if available, your telephone number and email address) by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return Policy:

You have a return guarantee of 14 days from the day you receive our goods via post.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will initiate the refund. A confirmation will be sent via email. Depending on the bank, refunds can take up to 14 days.
