Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the "Buy" or "Place Order with Obligation to Pay" button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we provide an electronic withdrawal function on our website. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt by email.

Information About Our Stones

Since 2005, we have sourced our stones from long-standing partners around the world. Our colored and transparent varieties from Indonesia are sold under the designation "hand-polished volcanic glass." Due to their exceptional clarity and color intensity, these stones may have been industrially refined or manufactured as synthetic glass. Since a complete individual examination of every stone is not economically feasible, the stones are sold under the designation "volcanic glass." This does not affect your statutory rights of withdrawal.

Shipping Information

We ship our goods using the following carriers:

• DHL Standard Shipping (Germany): €8.00
• UPS Shipping within Europe: €20.00
• UPS International Shipping (worldwide): €30.00

Shipping costs are charged per order, regardless of the order value.

Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply in the destination country.

Returns

You have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

Goods should be handled with care and returned, if possible, in their original packaging.

The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Worn, damaged, soiled, or substantially altered goods may result in a compensation claim for loss in value. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund process will be initiated. Confirmation will be sent by email. Depending on the financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 days.

Custom-made or personalized items manufactured according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
